Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was an Austrian composer of the second half of the 18th century, born in Salzburg in 1756 and died in Vienna in 1791. A child prodigy, he began to learn music early, performed as a keyboard player and violinist, and became one of the most influential figures in Western classical music.
His legacy includes classical music, Viennese Classicism, opera, symphonic, chamber, serenade, and piano repertoire. Mozart wrote more than 600 works, including 41 symphonies and famous operas. Among them are Piano Sonata No. 8 and Serenade No. 13. Many musicians still play his music today from trusted piano sheet music sources.
