The Kristina group was founded in 1989 by Sergei Voronkov (soloist and songwriter) and Sergei Vorozhbit (arranger and bass guitarist). Later, Mikhail Luzanov (drums) and Alexander Vlasov joined the group. A year after the founding of the group, the first magnetic album, “Snow in a Dream,” was released, which instantly spread throughout the country through cooperative recording stalls. The following year, 1991, the group enjoyed even greater success with the magnetic album “Winter Holidays”. In 1993, the experimental album “Sex Control” was released, where out of 9 songs Sergei Voronkov performed only 4. Later, the song “I Don’t Believe” from this album was covered by the leader of the group “Sweet Dream” Sergei Vasyuta.
