Gabriella Michelle Henderson (born 12 January 1996) is an English singer and songwriter. In 2012, she was a contestant in the ninth series of The X Factor, and finished in sixth place, despite being a strong favourite to win. Henderson's first single, "Ghost", co-written with Ryan Tedder, was released on 8 June 2014 and gave Henderson her first number-one song on the UK Singles Chart while remaining in the top five of the chart for eight consecutive weeks. It has subsequently been certified Platinum for sales in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
