Istokiya is a Russian hip-hop music group. The group was created in January 2018 in Moscow. In July 2018, the musicians signed a contract with Make It Music. In September 2018, a mini-album called “Color” was released, and a clip of the same name was shot. In February 2019, Istokiya released the song “Experiment”, which became the official soundtrack for the film “Guests”. In March 2019, the group’s frontman Arkady participated in the evening show “Fathers and These” along with comedian Vadim Galygin, comedy radio host Svyatoslav Savchenko and blogger Nikita “LOL” Ivanov. In May 2019, Make It Music released their debut full-length album, Fashion Soplik.
