Mauro Di Maggio is an Italian pop singer and songwriter. He is known for combining elements of rock and pop rock. He was born on January 21, 1977 in Rome. He began writing songs at an early age, which led him to the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome. In 1996, he participated in the Sanremo Giovani with the song Non so. In 1997, he released his first self-titled album Mauro Di Maggio, produced by Giancarlo Lucariello and Roberta Cassani. In 2003, he moved from CGD to Ricordi/Sony BMG and released the single Il Tempo Va. In 2006, he released his third album, which took its name from the first single "Amore di ogni mia avventura".
