Micky Brühl it is German singer, songwriter and producer. After Micky Brühl had been the singer of the Cologne band Paveier for 29 years, he decided to set up a band under his own name after he left in 2012. In January 2013, the first single appeared on the Rhing always long at Ariola-Colonia, a sub-label of Sony Music Entertainment. In October of the same year, the group's first album, titled Von Vorder, was released, co-written by Cologne musicians such as Peter Brings and Erry Stoklosa (Bläck Fööss). The album also features the title Zo Fooss noh Kölle jonn, which is meant to be a homage to Willi Ostermann's unofficial city anthem homesick for Cologne. In their first carnival session 2013/2014 the band had about 170 performances.
