Sergei Vasilyevich Chelobanov (born August 31, 1961, Balakovo, Saratov Region, RSFSR, USSR) is a Soviet and Russian composer, arranger, singer. His solo career began thanks to Arkady Ukupnik, who gave a cassette of Sergei's recordings to Marta Mogilevskaya, in collaboration with whom Chelobanov released his first video for the song "Everything is Normal". In the fall of 1990, Sergei Chelobanov personally met Alla Pugacheva. Their romance and creative collaboration begins. In 1994, Chelobanov and Alla Pugacheva broke up. In 1995, the album "Caprice" was recorded at the studio of Alexander Kalyanov.
