"Chizh & Co" (Chizh & Co) is a Russian rock band formed in the early 1990s by the guitarist, vocalist and songwriter Sergei Chizhrakov, nicknamed "Chizh". In March 1993, guitarist, singer and songwriter Sergei "Chizh" Chigrakov, who was playing at that time in the group "Raznye lyudi", received an offer from Igor Berezovets and Andrey Burlaka to record a solo album. A month later, Chigrakov assembled the Chizh and Company group, which included Alexey Romanyuk, drummer Vladimir Khanutin. A month later, Mikhail Vladimirov joined them. In this line-up, the "live" album Live was recorded, which became the debut for the group.
