"The End of the Film" is a Russian rock band that announced itself with the release in 2001 of its debut album "Goodbye, Innocence!" By that time, two songs - "Yellow Eyes" and a cover version of Smokie's hit "Living next door to Alice" ("Alice") - were already broadcasted on the radio. The second wave of popularity came to the group along with the soundtrack for the TV series "Soldiers". The group "End of the Film" is, first of all, Evgeny Feklistov, the permanent leader and author of most of the songs. In 1989, his historical acquaintance with Vladimir "Dzhuma" Dzhumkov took place. Both natives of Estonia (Feklistov is fr om Tartu and Juma is from Tapa) met in Tallinn, wh ere Vladimir worked as a theater sound engineer.
