Lyudmila Ivanovna Nikolaeva (born April 13, 1960, the village of Volyn, Ryazan Region) is a Russian singer, People's Artist of Russia (2002), artistic director of the Russian Soul ensemble. In 1994, the Russian Soul group was created, which included musicians Alexander Pivovarov, Evgeny Shirochenkov, Vladimir Grishin and Lyudmila Nikolaeva. Later, the musicians were joined by the ballet, which performed in a concert with its own separate numbers, directed by Andrei Pirogov (1962-2012). In 1995, Nikolaeva was awarded the title of "Honored Artist of the Russian Federation", in 2002 - "People's Artist of the Russian Federation".
