Mihei (real name: Sergey Evgenievich Krutikov; December 11, 1970, Makeevka, Ukrainian SSR, USSR - October 27, 2002, Moscow, Russia) is a Russian singer, rap artist, musician, songwriter. He worked in the genres of hip-hop, reggae, acid jazz, funk and soul. In 1995, Mihei decided to create a solo project "Mihei & Jumangee", which did not yet have a name, but the musician had already begun to compose songs. The inspiration came from the British band Jamiroquai's music video for the song "Space Cowboy" (1994), in which the band's lead singer Jay Kay was breaking dancing in Adidas clothing.
