Vitaly Alekseevich Okorokov (born March 17, 1962, Saratov) - Soviet and Russian pop composer, pianist, music producer, author of popular songs. 1982 - graduated from the Saratov College of Music, piano. 1988 - graduated from the Saratov Conservatory in composition (prof. A. Brening) and piano (S. Vartanov). 1988 - created his first pop project - the Combination group together with producer Alexander Shishinin (died as a result of an assassination attempt in 1993). He was the musical director of the group until 1993, wrote for them such hits as "Two pieces of sausage", "Accountant", "American Boy" and others.
